This application provides bare-bones approach to couch to 5K program, No-feature release , just bare-bones application which plays sound at interval, may have bugs but will not hinder app-timing i.e., your workout time in any way.

[2013-04-09] A Google User: Wasn't that great I downloaded the app and tried to use it but when I started the program and my phone would go from portrait to landscape positioning while running the timer would stop and I would have to start over. |

[2012-10-02] A Google User: Nice start but... I have been using this app for a month. Started on treadmill and it worked ok at first. Then, I noticed the slightest movement stopped the timer. Not realistic for running outside. Have to fix that and I will give it 5 stars again. |
