Brilliant! Ok so I am a carer for my partner and need some 'me' time to relax! I downloaded this before and just come back to it on my new phone, I can honestly say it relaxes you so much and I could feel my head dropping further and further. Great but... I love this app HOWEVER I did not realise that after it relaxes you to the point of falling asleep, it wakes you up. People should download the Deep Sleep app as it fantastic if you want help actually falling asleep.

Scottish! Nice change I have listened to dozens of recordings like this one and for the most part enjoy it. Easy to listen to the lull of his gentle brogue and become deeply relaxed. Gave only 4 stars because I do use this at night to fall asleep and being pulled (counted) out so energetically snaps me awake. Often hard to get back to that relaxed spot again. A more gentle approach would earn that 5th star. App works great for my DROID X.

Love it! I'm a sleep tech. So I have to sleep during the day, to prepare for the night study. Testing are only done on the weekend, during the week I work days,so it's difficult for me to transition my sleep. I love this app, it really helps!
