Speaks and displays 15 minute delayed stock quotes obtained from Yahoo. (US stock markets only) The space-delimited list of stock symbols is user definable, and optional fields are also user selected and displayed in landscape mode only. The portrait mode displays (and speaks) the Symbol, Price, and Price Change, not the optional fields.

This app is designed to be "hands free" and launched via voice command (using 3rd party voice command app). It only speaks the current quotes once per invocation and is tested to work on a screen locked device.

If launched on a locked device, the app terminates after speaking unless the device is unlocked before the app terminates. If launched from the screen, the app remains active until terminated, but will only speak once.

No representation as to the timeliness or accuracy of the quotes is implied. The app depends on Yahoo.com for quotes and may cease working if that service changes or becomes unavailable.
