This is free and ad-supported.
This simplified tool is for Brokers and Financial Institutions trying to compute payment scheme.
Usage:
- Input Amount in List Price box
- If DP (Down Payment) Percentage is used, DP Amount will computed
- or -
If DP Amount is modified, DP Percentage will not be used and will not be affected
- Change Years and Interest Rates to change the Factor Rate and subsequently the Monthly Rate
Note:
- Auto-compute is done when selecting from the selection boxes
- If the text boxes are modified, Compute button must be pressed to re-compute
