Le Crédit Agricole propose d’accompagner ses clients dans la maîtrise de leur budget. L’application « Mon budget » vous permet de connaître la situation de vos comptes, de gérer votre budget, d’optimiser vos dépenses et planifier vos projets en toute liberté et en quelques secondes dans le métro, dans un magasin ou à la terrasse d’un café.

Fonctionnant aussi bien en mode connecté que déconnecté, cette application s’articule autour de sept grandes fonctions :

• Grâce à la fonction « Mes comptes », vous pouvez accéder à la vue de vos comptes. Vous pouvez alors consulter le détail de vos comptes, saisir une dépense à venir, lui associer une photo, catégoriser les dépenses / revenus de votre relevé d’un simple clic ou faire des rapprochements. Toutes ces actions sont réalisées de façon très simple.

• Avec la fonction « Mon suivi », vous pouvez piloter vos dépenses et vos ressources mensuelles grâce à un système de barres d’état et d’alertes sur dépassement de budget. Fini les mauvaises surprises. Vous disposez maintenant des outils vous permettant de mieux comprendre votre comportement passé afin de mieux anticiper l’avenir en définissant vos budgets moyens.  Cette fonction vous propose également une vue graphique de vos comptes et de leur évolution. Avec les tableaux de bord alliant roue dynamique et histogramme c’est vous qui pilotez vos comptes.

• Etre accompagné dans la réalisation de vos projets est aujourd’hui possible. « Mon budget » vous offre la possibilité de suivre vos projets via la fonction « Mes projets » à court/moyen terme (ex : vacances, cadeaux) en vous rappelant chaque mois les opérations d’épargne que vous devez réaliser pour atteindre les objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés.

• La gestion de budget implique à tout moment de pouvoir rééquilibrer ses comptes. C’est pourquoi au sein même de l’application, vous pouvez réaliser des virements et des déblocages de réserve de crédit via la fonction « Mes Opérations ».

• Besoin d’un Relevé d’Identité Bancaire tout de suite ? Envoyer par mail votre RIB en un clin d’œil.  Cette fonction est disponible disponible via le menu « Mes opérations » pour les caisses régionales ayant ouvert le service à leurs clients.

• La localisation d’agences et les numéros d’urgence (opposition carte, assurances diverses) sont également accessibles en cas de besoin.

• Parce que chacun d’entre vous possède sa propre manière de gérer son budget, vous pouvez personnaliser l’application à travers la fonction « Paramétrage » par exemples :

    • Vous êtes client de deux caisses régionales ? Vous souhaitez gérer un compte particulier et un compte professionnel ? Vous souhaitez gérer un deuxième compte de façon indépendante sur le même appareil ? 
Toutes ces possibilités sont maintenant offertes par la gestion multi-profil.  En activant le mode multi-profil dans le menu « paramétrage », vous pouvez paramétrer de façon entièrement sécurisée un deuxième profil indépendant. Le propriétaire de l’appareil conserve la possibilité de supprimer le deuxième profil, sans aucune vue sur son contenu. Le propriétaire du deuxième profil peut également le supprimer de façon indépendante.
    • Envie de personnaliser votre écran d’accueil ? Rendez-vous dans le menu « paramétrage » et découvrez les nouveaux thèmes à votre disposition.

• Les remontées d’anomalies ou les suggestions d’améliorations peuvent être réalisées directement par envoi de mail à partir du menu « Infos » de l’application

• Cette version est compatible Android v2.1 et ultérieures.

SICHERHEIT

Sparkasse+ kommuniziert über direkte, verschlüsselte Schnittstellen mit Ihrem Kreditinstitut und sorgt für einen sicheren Datentransfer nach den deutschen Vorgaben zum Online-Banking. Alle Daten werden verschlüsselt gespeichert. Der Zugriff auf die App ist durch ein von Ihnen ausgewähltes Passwort geschützt. Dank der Autolock-Funktion wird die App nach fünf Minuten ohne Interaktion gesperrt. Ihre Finanzen sind damit bei Verlust Ihres Geräts maximal gesichert. Der TÜV bestätigt diese höchsten Sicherheitsstandards.

HINWEISE

1) Es werden nur Bankverbindungen in Deutschland unterstützt.
2) Zeitverzögerungen von einem Tag sind bei der Kontoaktualisierung möglich.
3) Die einzugebende PIN ist nicht die Persönliche Identifikationsnummer Ihrer EC-Karte. Es ist die PIN, die Sie beim Online-Banking auf der Webseite Ihrer Sparkasse bzw. Bank nutzen.
4) Für Support-Anfragen verschicken Sie bitte Ihre Anfrage direkt aus der App. Lassen Sie uns dabei gerne Sendeprotokolle zukommen (Nutzerdaten sind dabei vor fremdem Zugriff geschützt).

Token iPKO to darmowa aplikacja dla Klientów PKO Banku Polskiego dostosowana do systemu operacyjnego Android, służąca do generowania haseł do logowania i kodów jednorazowych do potwierdzania transakcji realizowanych w iPKO. Za hasła i kody nie są pobierane opłaty.

Aplikacja Token iPKO obejmuje funkcje:
<Hasło> - do generowania haseł wykorzystywanych do logowania do serwisu iPKO
<Kod> - do generowania kodów jednorazowych do autoryzacji transakcji.

Uruchomienie aplikacji Token iPKO:
• Krok 1: Zaloguj się do serwisu internetowego iPKO i zamów token. By go uruchomić, wymagany jest PIN inicjalny. Otrzymasz go SMS-em na wskazany numer telefonu komórkowego z Twoich danych. Jeśli nie posiadasz numeru telefonu w swoich danych lub jest on nieprawidłowy, przed zamówieniem tokena dodaj lub zmień numer telefonu poprzez kontakt z konsultantem serwisu telefonicznego pod numerem 801 307 307, 801 3PKOBP lub +48 (81) 535 60 60 (opłata zgodna z taryfą operatora) lub w Oddziale PKO Banku Polskiego.
• Krok 2: Zainstaluj token w telefonie komórkowym i uruchom go podając PIN inicjalny. Następnie wprowadź swój własny, składający się z od 4 do 8 cyfr.
• Krok 3: Zaloguj się do serwisu internetowego iPKO,  w zakładce  „Dostęp” – „Narzędzia autoryzacyjne” zmień rodzaj narzędzia autoryzacyjnego na token.

Korzystanie z tokena:
Po wprowadzeniu nadanego przez Ciebie PIN-u otrzymasz żądane informacje:
- po wejściu w Hasło - 8-cyfrowe hasło logowania do serwisu internetowego iPKO;
- po wejściu w Kod - 8-cyfrowy kod jednorazowy do potwierdzenia transakcji.
W ramach jednej sesji tokena możesz wielokrotnie korzystać z opcji generowania haseł i kodów, bez konieczności każdorazowego podawania PIN-u.
