This is a Mortgage planner/calculator application. It lets home buyers evaluate their various mortgage options easier. It provides an overall view of the total cost and the payment schedule of different loan plans, lets you look into the details of each mortgage. You'll be able to see the interest paid, principle reduced, and the total payment at any point of time. Thus, it gives you a better idea if the mortgage plan suits your needs.
Additionally, the application supports variable interest package. For instance, some of the financial institutions might offer package such as:
Year 1: 2.5%
Year 2: 3.5%
Year 3: 3.9%
Thereafter: 4.5%
The application let you evaluate up to 6 mortgage options.
