* View and Pay Your Bills - View your bills and billing history. Securely make payments using your credit card/bank account for your Auto and Home insurance policies (++).
* Contact Your Agent – Easy access to your insurance agent to buy new policies, add insurance coverage, refer friends, and more!
* iClaim App Integration – Launch the iClaim App from within iFarmers to access your claims information.
NOTES:
(+) You will need a farmers.com username registered for policy view. If you are a registered user of farmers.com and face difficulties logging in to iFarmers, please log in to www.farmers.com, click on “My Policy Summary and enter your information for Policy Access.
A Wi-Fi or 3G connection is recommended for viewing and emailing ID cards (available only for Auto policies). You need a phone with an SD Card for Viewing/Emailing ID Card.
(++) Bill Pay functionality is being rolled out and not currently available to all customers. Payments can be made only for Auto and Home policies.
