Pleased with this app I had used Gnomecash in my pc which is an open source tool to manage expenses to a very detail that I wanted. This app is very close to that in functionality. I really liked the look and feel with dark background. It's been a week since I am using this app and I liked it very much. Few more fixes and additions would make this unbeatable. Like - split transactions which was the most loved one in Gnomecash. - for some reason the initial amount is not working aos described in the help. So I have to add a dummy

Best double-entry apk ever.... tried I've tried three free apk that use double entry method to record activities, yet, its the best i've found The only thing disturb me from this apk is the way it sort accounts and account types. It places Income on the top, which should be place for assets. And for each type, it sorts each account alphabetically. For ppl who don't study accounting, maybe it's not big deal. But for me, it's kinda itchy on my eyes lol. Afterall, you did good job. Thanks :-)

Does Exactly What It Says on the Tin Well This app get 5 star from me. Not because its the best, but because its free without restriction and does exactly what it needs to.Having tried a few of these, It took me a couple of days to get my head around it, but now that I have I am in total control of my money. So the investment in time was well and truely worth the effort. For A* it would be good to see some addition reports I.e. reports on individual assets or weekly cumulative balances, but hey just a wish. Great free Open source app.

Really fulfill my needs This is the application that I truly look for. It does not only allow us to manage income & expense but the assets and liabilities as well. Transfer btwn accounts is also possible. You can even specify the reporting date. Very convenience!

Motorola Triumph + Daily Money I have been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years and, I've been using accounting apps ever since the first Palm computer came into existence. Daily Money is the absolute best accounting app I have found in over 15 years! It is also the first and only double entry accounting app I have ever seen. After preparing all my clients' books I never want to do my own, lol. This app makes it very easy and extremely handy to record my expenses and income as they occur. Hopefully, I won't dread preparing my own taxes next year. There is one thing I haven't resolved with the app. That is, when I clear the data to start a new year, all the accounts names and catagories I have set up also go away! Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or, is that just going to be the way it is? Sure would appreciate if someone could give me some feedback on this.
