1. Q: 다운로드한 동영상이 재생되다가 중간에 멈추어서 더이상 재생이 안됩니다.
    A: 다운엑스는 네트워크로 컨텐츠를 다운로드하여 폰에 저장하는 방식의 서비스를 제공함에 따라서 네트워크 상태(신호미약 등)에 따라 간혹 파일에 손상이 생길수 있습니다. 그러나 다운엑스는 컨텐츠를 결제완료한 시점부터 24시간동안 해당 컨텐츠에 한해서 재다운로드시 과금을 하지 않습니다.
파일의 재생에 문제가 발생한 경우에는 당황하지 마시고 다운로드함에서 해당 컨텐츠를 삭제하시고 24시간 내에 다시 다운로드해 보세요.(결제완료 후 24시간이 경과하면 재다운로드시 재과금되니 주의하세요)

2. Q: 다운로드가 특정 %에서 멈추어서 더이상 진행이 되지 않습니다.
    A: 이러한 경우에는 사용자의 폰 SD메모리 저장공간을 확인해 주세요. 간혹 사용자께서 인지하지 못하시는 중에 메모리가 가득차서 다운로드가 진행되지 못하는 경우가 있습니다. 그리고 다운엑스 앱 설정에서 "최대다운로드 용량 설정"을 확인해 주세요. 해당 기능은 무제한 다운로드로 인해서 폰의 메모리를 컨텐츠로 가득채우게 되는 현상을 방지하기 위한 기능입니다.

3. Q: 갤럭시탭에서 동영상이 재생이 안됩니다.
    A: 다운엑스가 갤럭시탭에서 모든 기능이 정상적으로 동작하는것을 시험을 통해서 확인을 하였습니다. 그러나 디자인이 일그러지는 문제 등을 개선하기 위해서 갤력시 탭사용자를 위한 갤럭시탭 전용앱을 출시 준비중에 있으니 조금만 기다려 주세요.

4. Q: 동영상이 지원하지 않는 형식이라는 에러가 발생하고 재생이 되지 않습니다.
    A: 저희 다운엑스의 컨텐츠는 표준 MP4 형식을 이용하고 있습니다. 그리고 또한 최대한 많은 단말기에서 동작시험을 진행하고 있습니다. 그러나 현재 워낙 많은 수의 단말기가 존재하고 새로운 단말기가 출시되는 와중에서 간혹 특정 단말기(특정 플레이어)에서 동영상이 재생되지 않을 수도 있습니다. 이점 양해 부탁드립니다.
