needs work This app needs work. If you switch to another app then switch back it doesn't remember where you left off. The slider isn't very accurate. Buffering causes pauses and sometimes it jumps back to the beginning. It should pause when you disconnect the headphones.

Love Ira, Love the show, not the app I have a Samsung Epic (Using Wifi) and I am having the same problem as others. It crashes in the middle of the episode. What is worse I was about to find out if the lady Ira and friend was spying on was actually cheating (Detectives). And then silence... Oh well.

Great show. Deceptive practices. This app will not give you access to all of the shows they have produced. If you support them by buying the app then you should not have to go out and buy other episodes piece-by-piece because they decide not to include it. Also you can only save one show at a time. I understand restrictions on free apps, but this is deceptive and wrong. Shame on TAL

Ira Glass is haunting my phone This app used to be amazing, until it started playing every single time I get an email or text. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail.

Not worth buying Stops playing intermittently WITHOUT saving your place in the show. This happens even with supposedly pre-downloaded episodes saved for offline use!

Works great, awesome app I've been using podcasting apps (and before that iTunes) to keep up with This American Life but occasionally I'd miss one episode or the file would get deleted before I had a chance to listen to it. With this app I never have to worry about that. I have full access to the entire library in a clean interface. The app lets you download episodes for later listening so it doesn't require constant Internet access. And I love the "jump back 30 seconds button", a very nice touch.
