Here's what you do. Sit in the passenger seat or back seat and wait till the perfect time. Make sure the volume on your Android is all the way up!
Then, open up Sirens and tap the screen then hold the viewing screen towards a window to create a reflection of the traditional red and blue flashing police lights so the driver can see. They will see hear the sirens sound and see the lights and then PANIC! It's a classic trick good over and over again!

Can also be used with external stereo speakers for blasting out siren sounds at high decibels!
