The Egosamigos application is a social networking service that ranks the user’s friendship network without user control.  

HOW IT WORKS:

                The application works by recording time spent with users who are within a radius of another user that is also subscribed on Egosamigos.  As time is recorded between 2 profiles occupying the same space, rankings will be earned and a clear presentation of the user’s real social network will be available on the Egosamigos website.

        

                 The user must turn the app on for the service to begin.  When the app is on the GPS signal will track the user’s location, and when a  user is within a proximity to another user their time will be recorded together.

Random Facts is an Android, iPhone, and Windows Mobile application and contains a database of thousands of bizarre and interesting facts. Just tap on “Random Fact!” and you’ll be presented one randomly.

Random Facts was originally designed and programmed for iPhone by Adam Debreczeni in 2008. Random Facts is now available for Android 2.2 and later devices.

Did you know karaoke means “buy this app” in Japanese? That’s not true, but with this app you’ll learn what karaoke really translates too.

Did you know the Stig is not a man, but a character in the UK television show Top Gear? "It" plays on the anonymity of racing drivers' full-face helmets. Producers wanted to have a professional racing driver as part of the show's cast, but ran into difficulty finding a driver sufficiently adept at speaking on-camera. Random Facts not only gives you text description of this story, but shows Stig's ptoto and/or plays audio and video clips as well.

Random Facts is built around an embedded database containing hundreds of facts. You can use it offline even on an airplane or in a Bugatti Veyron. The Super Sport version is the fastest road-legal car in the world, with a top speed of 431.07 km/h (267.85 mph).

You always get the latest facts and stories from our database. This small database is connected to our web API interface and SQL remote servers. Data is always updated when you have network connections. Local facts have priority over global ones. When your geo position is available we collect all the interesting facts you may be interested in.

The remote servers cannot be seen and 3rd party contents, such as images, clips and movie streams can not be played when you have no data connection. To play audio and video, fast 3G  or WiFi access is required.


For less than the price of an ice-cream Random Facts will provide entertainment for you and your friends for hours.

Note that network connection is required for online content. Some Android devices cannot play mp4 movies and mp3 audio streams. Unlicensed versions present text only. Random Facts is also available for iPod and iPhone at iTunes AppStore. MS Windows Mobile platform is sold at Microsoft’s Marketplace.
