The lake is in the north of Ohmachi-cho, Nagano prefecture. Its depth is 58m which is the deepest lake in the prefecture. This photo book of 50 pictures includes spring cherry blossoms, tender green autumn coloured leaves, the snow covered lake and the frozen surface of the lake with the sceneries of the North Japan Alps mountains providing a back drop to the lake.
