In the Spring of 2004, a young woman named Mady was found disoriented and wandering a desolate road in blood-stained clothes. Her claim that she and others were attacked by some unknown entity or entities in the woods at Crippled Creek--was never substantiated. No bodies were ever found.
This film is an attempt to piece together what happened that weekend at Crippled Creek. What really went on? No one knows for sure, and many questions remain. Today, Mady spends her time staring out the window of an undisclosed psychiatric facility. Many speculate what horrors might lie beneath her haunted eyes, while others sleep more easily knowing that she is under lock and key...
