M-Receptionist lets you to turn on/off the call forwarding, even if you do not have your phone with you. It also sends you the "Call Log" (Dialed, received and missed calls) upon request. It turns on/off "Call Forwarding" or sends you "Call log" through
SMS when it receives an SMS with appropriate contents from any mobile.

This app is expected to work on all phones. You may need to change the call forwarding codes based on the network operator. Try to get the call log.

Great idea... but doesn't work on my HTC Eris (wish it would).

Works just as stated but not very discrete especially since icon for app is not hidden n does not run in background like a true spy app should.
