This program allows you to send SMS where you can change the following parameters:
- SMS class can be set to 0-2
- SMS encoding can be set to 7bit or 8bit
- SMS PID can be changed.

If you are a normal user you would most likely not be interested in this program - unless you want to annoy your friends by sending Class 0 SMS:es that automaticly displays on their phone as soon as it is received.

If you are developing programs for any Cinterion / Siemens device that allows you to remotely update the software in your device(s), then this program is what you need.
