Select any contacts as “critical” contacts and your phone will ring when they call, even when your phone is set to silent. Now you can leave your phone on silent all night and rest easy knowing that you’ll still get any “Critical” calls.

There are times you just can’t afford to miss a call. For those times, CritiCall is the answer. CritiCall allows you to set any contact as a “Critical Contact.” This means that even when your phone is set to silent or vibrate, your phone will ring if that person calls you unless you have CritiCall turned off.

Obviously there are times that you just can’t get a phone call and in those cases, CritiCall is easy to turn off and even includes an adjustable Auto-resume feature which allows you to set how long to turn off CritiCall before it automatically turns back on – ensuring you don’t miss that important phone call.

Fully customizable times for every critical contact lets you decide when those people can reach you. You may want to let your family have 24-hour access, but cut off your work contacts at 10pm. Set custom times for critical contacts so you can sleep peacefully knowing you aren’t going to miss any important phone calls.

Assign Critical Contacts to groups to easily change settings for multiple contacts at once. CritiCall allows for an unlimited number of groups and an unlimited number of contacts in each group. When you change the group settings, you automatically change the settings for every contact in that group.

The Trial Version of CritiCall is fully functional but limited to 5 overrides.

myChatDroid for Facebook is a very simple application which connects your Android device to Facebook chat.

It's not meant to be perfect... it's just a very simple chat app which doesn't waste your memory and battery.

myChatDroid for Facebook supports the following features:
- Emoticons;
- Clickable links in chat messages;
- Statusbar/Sound/Vibration/LED notifications on new messages;
- Add a friend to favourites, to be notified when he connects/disconnects;
- Messages history saved on internal database and always available after restart or disconnection;
- Automatic reconnection after connection loss.

myChatDroid requires these permissions to run:
- android.permission.INTERNET: to connect to chat server;
- android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to check if data connection is available;
- android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: to cache avatars to SD card, for a smoother experience and memory saving;
- android.permission.VIBRATE: to notify incoming messages when the screen is off.

Please note that Facebook runs a very limited implementation of the chat protocol (XMPP), so there are a few things that won't work in any chat program:
- offline messages are not supported;
- even if you set the away status, your friends will see you as available (but you can set an automatic message from myChatDroid);
- no way to block/unblock friends or groups (you can do it from the website);
- you will only see friends that are shown in Facebook website's chat.

This app utilizes the Call Forward feature in Vonage, sets Call Forward to the International number. It restores the Call Forward settings as soon as the call is established.
