Pin Lockout I upgraded my andriod OS and now this software is asking for a PIN to use my phone. I have never setup a PIN for this phone. I tried the default (leaving it blank) and it doesn't work. The software is linked to my e-mail. Is there a way to request the PIN to my e-mail? PLease help ASAP

Erase photos stored in external sdcard When I transfer photo from external sd cards to the safe, it only leaves a blank space in the safe and deletes the Photo. When I try to restore the photo only a Blank space is restored. My photo was erased! It only works in saving photos from the phone sd card but not from the external sd card. Galaxy S3 Lte.

Problem with Pin When i was using the app, i just liked to preview the lock screen. When i pressed NEXT, the lock screen appeared and SIREN started ringing and asked for PIN. Really I dont know if i have set the pin and forgot it OR if i have really didn't set it. SO now i dont have a pin to unlock my phone. I am not able to use my phone now and the siren keeps on ringing, which I really dont know how to stop without switching off the phone. So guys, this is a good app as far as security and missing device. But if you have forgot the PIN, this will be a crap then and you only have to factory reset your phone to use it again.

Bogus strongbox Disappointed because it doesn't actually encrypt data in the strong box, getting access to that data is child's play. Hope whoever steals my phone is an idiot. The rest of the utilities are OK.

How to unlock old .pwz? Upgraded phone copied. over .pwz folder but doesn't recognize it. Show nothing in strongbox but folder has files. Other review says change extension, of folder or files? Used same password when reinstalled app.
