「藍空チャット」はBlueToothを利用した近距離メッセージング・安否確認ツールです。

インターネット回線が利用不可能で接続できない場所であっても，端末同士でBlueTooth通信を行ない，メッセージを端末間でバケツリレー的に転送・共有できます。
メッセージは端末に保持することが可能です。

ネットワーク接続が復旧した際には端末に蓄積したメッセージを
