De Beterrekenen app sluit aan op Rekenbeter.nl, de grootste rekensite van Nederland. Net als op de website krijg je elke dag - gratis- vier sommen om “rekenfit” te blijven. Het succes heeft de website te danken aan het feit dat de sommen geschikt zijn voor jong en oud en van wiskundeleraar tot schilder. Iedereen vindt het leuk om even twee  minuten per dag de hersens te trainen met een paar opgaven. In minder dan een jaar tijd heeft Rekenbeter ruim 20.000 rekenaars die elke dag beter worden in hoofdrekenen.

This calculator is an improvement on your every day calculator use but still has an increasing degree of complexity. The main interface is quite simple and makes the mundane, "every day" calculations quick and easy. You can increase the complexity by several degrees and get access to more complex math functions. Explore the app, read the help file (which will explain all of the features in detail) and find out some of its cool features that will make your life with numbers easier!

*There are two worksheets for you to put your work in, and each one is completely editable (copy, paste, undo, etc.) and holds as many lines of text as you need.

*Buttons are colored coded so your eyes jump right to where your fingers need to go

*Use variables so you can create your own formulas and change the variable values when needed

*Change the app's appearance (colors, text size, haptic feedback, etc.)

*Simply and easily send equations by SMS

Tales of Mobile Entertainment (ToME) is a story engine that is part game, part creativity exercise. You bring the setting and Protagonist to the story: the application adds qualities and elements as plot “hooks”. Using a set of Controls, you ask question about what happens next, moving the story forward. ToME provides answers, introduces unexpected Complications, and keeps a Log of the events as they're written. Sessions are saved internally; you can export any particularly interesting session as a plain text file.

ToME was inspired by authors who over the years have combined writing and gaming. Philip K. Dick threw the I Ching to write “The Man in the High Castle”. The long-running Wild Cards series edited by George R.R. Martin, and R.A. Salvatore's series, are among the many books influenced by role-playing games.  ToME also owes a nod to the many creative, independent game developers of The Forge, Evil Hat Games' FATE System, Word Mill Games' Mythic RPG, The Engle Matrix Game and Risus.
