how to play:
you are a red cube. if you touch screen, the red cube will roll over there. (it's not flick)
if you set 4 cubes in a row, it's a chain like a tetris!

Arm and Shoulder Trainer is an app designed for building, toning, or strengthening arms and shoulders.  Designed by a personal trainer, this free version app provides two workouts with eighteen exercises.  The full version provides 3 workouts and 27 exercises total.   Simply follow along with a workout routine 2-3 times a week and be on your way to building stronger, better arms.

This app is great for those looking for an arm and shoulder routine to follow.  It is like having a trainer to tell you what exercises are next!

The design and layout are very simple and easy to use.  Each exercise includes a starting and ending position picture, along with a quick description on how to execute each exercise.  A single routine can easily be done in less than 15 minutes.  Dumbbells are required for this app.  

A stopwatch and countdown timer of 25, 30, and 40 seconds are included in the app.
