This sunlight meditation guides you through a series of breathing practices. If you practice this meditation every day for 15 minutes over a period of several weeks, you will begin to experience its many beneficial effects both on your body and your mind.

This session is an expanded version of my original mediation CD. It uses the visualization of sunlight as a healing tool and promotes physical well being and rejuvenation.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the beneficial effects of meditation.

Most histories have been histories of kings and emperors. The daily life of the common people—their joys and sorrows, their hopes, achievements, and ideals—has been buried in oblivion. The historical narratives of the Bible are, indeed, to a great extent an exception to this rule. They tell us much about the everyday life of peasants and slaves. The Bible's chief heroes were not kings nor nobles. Its supreme Hero was a peasant workingman. But we have not always studied the Bible from this point of view. In this course we shall try to reconstruct for ourselves the story of the Hebrew people as an account of Hebrew shepherds, farmers, and such like: what oppressions they endured; how they were delivered; and above all what ideals of righteousness and truth and mercy they cherished, and how they came to think and feel about God. It makes little difference to us what particular idler at any particular time sat in the palace at Jerusalem sending forth tax-collectors to raise funds for his luxuries. It is of very great interest and concern to us if there were daughters like Ruth in the barley fields of Bethlehem, if shepherds tended their flocks in that same country who were so fine in heart and simple in faith that to them or their children visions of angels might appear telling of a Saviour of the world. On such as these, in this study, let us as far as possible fix our attention.

Questa è un'applicazione quasi-seria: -seria perché di fisica si tratta, quasi- perché è pur sempre un GIOCO Quiz ed in quanto tale non ha la pretesa di sostituire lo studio tradizionale. "Non hai ancora studiato?? Fila in camera e datti da fare!" :P
Dopodiché.. Se vuoi proprio ripassare giocando, divertiti pure con quest'app, che è anche un buon allenamento mentale per avere sempre la risposta pronta in classe come al bar!!

Ever wanted to watch Freeview TV Channels on your android device, but just never had the app to do so?

Well now's your chance to do so with a one off payment and no extra costs to you. All you need to do is install the app, launch it and your ready to go. With this app, you can watch any listed channel on the go, wherever you are, as long as you have a valid internet internet connection.

Tested on my HTC Wildfire Device and the Android Emulator on my computer, this app will definitely work for all android users with a valid internet connection.

Before you can watch TV, you are required sign up which is located in the top right hand corner. After creating an account, you will able to watch TV whenever you wish, as long as you are signed in each time you start the app and are connected to the internet. Signing up will only involve creating a Username, Password and providing a valid email address. Once you have created an account and signed in, you should then click on Channels located at the top of the page and then you can start watching your favourite Freeview listed channels in excellent quality.

For the people who are having problems connecting to Channels, many people have bought this app and are completely satisfied, so the only reason to why you will not be able to access channels is if you have limited internet connection. The internet connection must not be lost during the time you are watching the channel. WiFi users should have no problem whatsoever.

MEET is made as part of an interaction design master's thesis in software engineering at Aalborg University, Denmark. It is made available for the purpose of testing in an environment where a Java server application is available.

MEET is a music system, where people via a smartphone can provide access to music streamed from their own computer to a common playlist at a party. The system ensures that:
- everyone can participate in the control of the music played
- the music never stops
- every track will be played in its entirety
- there is no ”jukebox-queue”, where your request could be the 100th in line
