아침 저녘 등 시간을 내서 목 건강을 지키는 건강 목 스트레칭으로 나누어져있습니다.

스트레칭 기능
약 30여종 이상의 스트레칭이 있으며 스트레칭 화면에서 스트레칭 그림에 손을대고
옆으로 밀게되면 다음 스트레칭 그림이 나오게 됩니다.
또한 하단의 스피커 모양의 버튼을 누르면 자연음이 나오게 되며
자연음은 스트레스해소 긴장완화를 통하여 스트레칭 효과를 증진시킵니다.
그 옆에 종이 모양의 버튼을 누르게 되면 스트레칭에 대한 설명이 나옵니다.

Pre-configure a message (SMS), customizing the recipient and message, and send it each time you click the App Widget on your home screen.

ClickText lets you pre-configure messages like these to be sent with a single click.

===[ Note ]===
ClickText is an App Widget. It will not appear in your application launcher. To access ClickText to pre-configure a text message (this process is only required once, but can be repeated for as many pre-configured messages as you like):
1) Long-press on an empty area on the home screen
2) Select Widgets from the menu that appears
3) Select ClickText
4) Pre-configure your message and click Submit
5) The ClickText App Widget now appears on the home screen. You may long-press on it and drag it to reposition it if you like. The pre-configured message will be sent each time you click (not long-press) the icon.
