功能特色:

Sandfords was founded in 1985 by Andrew Ellinas, who used his mother's maiden name on the letterhead. The company initially served the Highgate area, but an introduction to James Light prompted a new partnership and a move to Regent's Park. The new office opened in 1994.
Expansion was rapid and Sandfords soon gained a reputation as the agents with the best local contacts and expertise.

Sandfords soon saw the logic of expanding south of the Marylebone Road, and in 2006 Tim Fairweather joined the firm to open the Marylebone office.

The firm has been at the forefront of the technological changes that have swept the property sector. Andrew, something of a geek, personally installed the firm's first computer network, at a time when networks were the preserve of big corporations, and he wrote Sandfords' first website. The site was a dynamic websites that could be updated on the fly, one of the first for any estate agent in the UK.

Sandfords were founder shareholders in Primelocation.com, the pioneering property website, and are shareholders in Fabric, the top north London property magazine.

There’s one word that everyone hates to hear and that word is “No!” This is especially true  in a business setting – when your client needs that product in his hands by tomorrow and you say  “No”, prepare yourself for one unhappy customer.

The truth of the matter is that ‘no’ is a word that should rarely be heard in the successful  business. The best businesspeople know how to work around that word so that even though the  principle of ‘no’ may be present, the word itself is never spoken.

Unless it involves a matter of principle, saying no to a client is hardly ever a good idea.  Your customers want you to be capable of meeting their every need, so when you tell them no it  undermines the trust.

Rather than outright denying a client, seek to work around the issue and you will increase  your chances of maintaining the relationship as well as keeping the trust.

Owning and raising a dog is no small undertaking for the majority of people. Unless you  have your own personal assistant to oversee every minute of your doggums’ upbringing, you will  be spending a lot of time in training, exercising, feeding and petting.

It is a big commitment but it can be extremely rewarding – the relationship between a  human being and a dog can be one of the few unconditionally loving relationships in a lifetime.  While dogs are animals and think like animals, each one is still unique and complex. Discovering  the layers of your dog’s personality is only part of the fun of the journey.

When you are thinking of buying or adopting a dog, you should first consider your  motivation. It’s not a good idea to get a dog simply because the kids are begging you for one or  because you think it sounds interesting – caring for an animal is hard work as well as a long-term  commitment. Be sure you are doing it for the right reasons.

If you adopt a puppy, be aware that you are signing up for long hours of house-training  and accidents. Older dogs may already be house-trained but could present behavioral problems.  When you go to buy or adopt your dog, choose from the friendliest of the bunch because these are  obviously well adjusted to people. You may be drawn to the loner at the back of the pen but too  often loner pups turn into dogs with issues.

Nitrox calculator for any mixture of Enriched Air SCUBA breathing gas from 21% to 100%.

Uses both Metric and Imperial units, but calculates in Metric, so Imperial measures may appear off by a couple of feet at times.

Calculations show indications of Maximum operating depth, Conditional depth, Equivalent Air depth, single dive No-Decompression Limits, ppO2 levels, Best mix for depth, Oxygen Toxicity and allowed Oxygen time per day.

An optional page shows calculations for the Dolphin Semi-Closed Rebreather, including Gas time left in tank, fraction of inspired Oxygen, with the above dive parameters calculated based on the fraction of inspired O2.

Be sure to check the settings for Tank volumes and pressures before using the Dolphin mode.

This is an Ad supported app. I'm a nice guy really, but I do need to eat.
