Use TaskBomb and this add-on to wake up to your favorite online radio stream (Shoutcast, Live365, etc.) without the risk of the stream being down or having no service. You can specify a list of streams to check in order of preference, or default to some other action if no streams are available. Supports streams wrapped in M3U and PLS playlist files, as well as direct stream URLs.

Requires the TaskBomb app, available free in the Android Market:

TaskBomb is an automation app (sometimes called "task scheduler", "job scheduler", "batch processor", etc.) that allows you to schedule apps and actions to automatically run. It's similar in function to the cron command on Linux, somewhat like an alarm clock (you can set alarms and snooze actions), and somewhat like apps like Timeriffic, Tasker, or Locale but with a different focus. This add-on is basically a little app, but you don't run the app itself.  Once installed, go into TaskBomb and you'll find "Stream Checker" as an option in the "Data" field when you define a task.

The black and white icons are all identical in design, just the color difference!!!
In the menu I decided to leave original app icons, but slightly enlarged (quality not affected though)

***Attention!!!  This theme requires some configuration of the home screen background.

I recommend putting a black or dark background for white icons, and vice versa.
Icons will be added continuously, but it will be based on user comments/suggestions and popularity, therefore I ask you to leave ratings and comments in the android market, to make the theme even more improved and enjoyable to all users (thats of course if you like it from the start).

1. You need to have the latest version of GO Launcher EX installed to access the theme. (Search "GO Launcher EX" to download)
2. To apply the theme within GO Launcher EX: MENU> preferences> theme preferential

This app allows an Android device to communicate with Lego NXT device. You can send messages to a specified mailbox on the device. These messages can then be used by the device programaticlly.

You can now also send a select number of direct commands to the device. Such as:
Get Running Program Name
Get Battery Level (The number of Volts left)
Start a program by the name ( program.rxe )
Stop the running program
And a few more...

There is a new feature that is still in beta.
The app can now by used as a remote control to drive the device (no installed programon the device needed).
Using the on screen circle, you can direct the device's driving action. The distance from the center is the amount of power rhar will be applied to the motors. The distance on the x-axis is how hard the turn will be. If you place the motors on the device backwords on the device, there is a flip button to make the driving direction correct.
