Learn skills to resist your eating disorder (such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa).

All material was written by a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) with twenty-five years of counseling experience.

You first rate the frequency and intensity of the eating disorder thoughts on a color coded scale of 1 (fleeting, able to resist) to 10 (continual, very difficult to resist).

You move on to the first set of skills, where you will select one of ten ways to change your thoughts. Changing your thoughts to change your feelings is the basis of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, the most widely practiced evidenced based form of psychotherapy.

After utilizing one of the thought changers, you proceed to selecting one method for making lifestyle changes for promoting your recovery.

After following the instructions for the lifestyle changes, you then move on to the third set of skills, where you will select one of ten different relaxation strategies for managing stress.

After implementing those skills, you rate the level of the eating disorder thoughts again to determine if the skills you chose were effective for you.  If the intensity or frequency of the eating disorder thoughts have not reduced sufficiently, you will be given the opportunity to try again, selecting a different skill set.

DEMO version: Only one filename "/sdcard/HiddenCamDemo.jpg". The last photo is always overwritten.

Q/A
I click on the widget and nothing appends (or my phone vibrates)
- Remove and add again the widget
- If it's still not working : uninstall the application, remove the widget, reboot and reinstall the application.

HiddenCam doesn't appears in application panel:
- HiddenCam is only a widget. Add it with a long press on your home screen.

There is a sound when I take a photo:
- that may happen with some devices as GS2 where you must be root and remove a sound file (it's a constructor limitation)

My camera seems locked:
- kill the process or reboot your phone.

When I click several times on the widgets some errors appear:
- the camera can only manage one picture at time. Wait few seconds for the first picture (depends of your device)

Why the widget becomes blue:
- the widget becomes blue when a photo is taken, green when done, red on error, and gray when ready for another photo.

Easily keep track of where you've been in the United States of America.  States iVisited allows you to manage a list of the states you have traveled to.  The app features a map of the United States highlighting where you have been.  Also, each state has associated with it the state flag, state license plate, and state quarter.
