This app is intended as a jump off point for athletes to systematically begin to address their nasty tissues and grody joint mobility. Be cool. Use at your own risk and stop if you think it’s gonna hurt you, your spine is going to come out your throat, or your face goes numb. Coach Kelly Starrett received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, California. Before starting his own physical therapy practice at San Francisco CrosSFit, one of the first 50 CrossFit affiliates, he practiced performance-based physical therapy at the world-renowned Stone Clinic.

Kelly’s clients have included Olympic gold-medalists, Tour de France cyclists, world-class extreme skiers and X-Games medalists, dancers with Smuin, San Francisco, and Sacramento Ballet Companies, military personnel, and competitive age-division athletes.

Ever wanted your phone to automatically punch in the pin numbers when dialing in into a conference call? Or have you ever wanted to get in touch with your loved ones, only to be stopped by some automatic systems demanding pin numbers, forced to listen to that boring voice over and over again?

If yes, this application is for you! Using this application, you can store pin numbers, wait times along with your loved ones's contact info. No need to remember those pesky pin numbers!

After making your changes, use "save" or "save as" to save these details to your phone. Next time, call your contact using the phone dialer/caller.

Many times, you will have to wait for few seconds(the computer on the other side will be giving you instructions during this period) before keying in the pin numbers. Using delays you can easily achieve this activity!

If you don't know how long you have to wait before punching in the pin numbers, use 'confirmations' -- this will prompt you before keying in the numbers.
