On January 25, 1960 the first home-style meals were prepared in our kitchen and served in the dining room. We still carry this same tradition forward to this day, cooking with pride and utilizing the freshest ingredients in our meals. Even our dessert specials are created in our own kitchen from pure & basic ingredients. Cavis Grill has been recognized by several different publications over the years for our breakfast omelets, hamburgers, chili, hand-dipped malted milks and more. live logcat is the one and only boot animation replacement that shows the actual logcat log (Android debug messages). It looks a bit similar to a BIOS boot. Handy for developers too! Unlike other similar apps, the information you see on screen is real and live, not a pre-recorded fake.

The paid version price is aimed at being "one beer" (at the bar, not the supermarket). Google does the price conversion, but if it comes out way above that in your area, let me know.

The paid version adds features to hide the copyright notice, enlarge the text size, and rotate the display. For the ultimate geekgasm, get the paid versions of both live dmesg and live logcat, and display both in split screen mode during boot. In that case you can also switch between the three modes during boot by tapping the screen.

The application uses some (root) trickery to get itself installed and running, and it may not be compatible with all devices. It also requires writable /system in many cases ("S-OFF"). It has been tested and found working on the following devices (though it may not work on all firmwares and kernels for a specific device):

Somebody Save Me

This app is the companion to Emergency Text Alert (ETA).  Please download Emergency Text Alert.

It could save your life.  Or it could keep you from getting really upset with someone.

After your “hero” downloads and sets up ETA, you download this app and…

Select your “hero” from the Contact List.  Check to see that the phone number that is selected is correct.  If not, edit it manually.

Enter the Alert, Emergency, and Disable codes that match the entries in the hero’s ETA app.

To trigger an Alert or Emergency, select this app and click on one of the buttons.

To cancel an Alert or Emergency, select the app and click on Disable.

If you have enabled (Settings/Location & Security) “Use wireless networks” or “Use GPS satellites” your location will be transmitted along with any Alert or Emergency message.

Emergency Text Alert

It could save someone you love.  Or maybe just save you from being chewed out because you didn’t hear that important text arrive and never even checked for the little icon at the top of the screen.

Here’s how it works.  Download the app, then…

Select anyone in your contact list.

Enter the code words or phrases that will trigger an Alert, an Emergency, or will be used to disable either.

Be sure to select a code that is unlikely to occur in any text message.

If the potential caller has an Android Phone, have them download SomebodySaveMe.  Enter the matching codes in that program.  Otherwise, just let them know the codes.

When a code is detected in a Text Message, a Notification will be posted.  The Notification will repeat every two minutes.  To respond, pull down the Notification Bar and click on the Notification.  You’ll be able to click and call back the calling number.

If the caller is using SomebodySaveMe, and has a location service activated, you’ll get a map of the caller’s location.

Carry this lightweight utility in your phone to help you communicate better in Konkani. This handy app converts a single word from English to Konkani and back.

It uses the dictionary services provided by the savemylanguage.org konkani word database. For easier understanding of pronunciation, it also uses ITRANS to display the Konkani meaning in Devanagari.

The Konkani Dictionary project has over 10,000 words and is regularly updated by volunteers. It is a one-of-its kind project to document the Konkani Language formally.

Browser Image Browser (BiB) is a new sexy way to view your phones photos  in a web browser.
