### 안드로이드 마켓 첫 구매자 안내 ###

1. 1달러 결제 관련 안내
안드로이드 마켓에서는 첫 앱 구매 시 결제하실 카드가 정상적인 카드인지 1달러 결제를 합니다. 또한 신용카드 내역에 결제를 승인했다고 나옵니다. 그러나 전표 매입을 하지 않아 실제로는 결제자에게 1달러에 대하여 청구하지는 않습니다.

2. 구매 인증 중… 인 경우
실제 결제를 하더라도 ‘구매 인증 중...’ 이라는 문구가 장시간 뜨게 되는 경우가 있습니다. 이런 경우에는 하루 정도 지나고 재시도하시면 쉽게 다운로드 받으실 수 있습니다. 물론 바로 다운로드 받는 경우가 대부분입니다.

3. 환불 절차 안내
앱 구입 후 15분 내에 애플리케이션을 반환하면 전액 환불을 받을 수 있습니다. 반환할 수 있는 애플리케이션에는 ‘환불’ or '제거 및 환불' 버튼이 표시됩니다. 15분의 반환 기간이 만료되면 모든 구매가 최종 완료됩니다. 15분이 지난 다음 '제거' 버튼을 선택하면 애플리케이션이 기기에서 삭제될 뿐, 반환되지 않습니다.

4. 환불 불가능한 구입 안내
이전에 구입하여 환불 받은 물품의 경우 환불은 처음 물품을 구입한 경우에만 받을 수 있으므로,
이 물품에 대해서는 더 이상 환불을 요청하실 수 없습니다.
