　オリコンCS（顧客満足度）ランキングとは、実際の利用経験者（現在利用中、もしくは利用経験者）の声を集めた“顧客によるサービス利用満足度”に基づいたランキングです。

生産と消費が同時に起きる「同時性」、目に見えず触れない「無形性」が存在するサービス産業において、ユーザー、消費者に良いサービス・企業を紹介し、日本のサービス産業の健全な発展に寄与することを目的としています。

ランキング構築のプロセス・集計の概要は下記の通りです。

(1)　CSランキングジャンルの決定
　・調査回答者のCSランキングに対するニーズの高いものを選考。
　・消費者の可視化ニーズ、サービス規模、などについて精査し、実施ジャンルを決定。

(2)　CSランキングの評価項目を決定
　・プレリサーチを実施し、その業種のサービスを選択する要因を調査、抽出。
　・「価格」「対応」など多角的なポイントから評価項目を絞り込み、決定。


(3)　CSランキングの評価項目のウェイトを決定
　・CSランキングの本調査を実施。
　・本調査時に各評価項目の重要度をリサーチし、評価項目に対する利用者ニーズの比重に基づいたウェイトを項目ごとに設定。

(4)　CSランキング化
　・本調査時のデータと、各評価項目のウェイトを掛け合わせ、利用者のサービスや企業に対する満足度を数値化。

(5)　ランキングの精査
　・データの偏りを考慮して、下記3点の集計処理を実施。
　　「満足得点の極端に高い人および低い人の数値を除外」
　　「回答者の少ない企業の除外」
　　「他人に薦められない率（ネガティブ出現率）が33.4%以上出現する企業の除外」　　　　　　　

調査対象者は実際に該当するサービスを利用中、もしくは過去1～3年以内に利用経験のあるモニターとなります。

Take turns giving clues to your teammates to guess certain words, but watch out! If any of your clues use one of five related words you will get buzzed! The team that successfully guesses the most words by the final round wins!  If you have played the classic board game Taboo, this game will be familiar to you.

The Lite version of Buzzwords includes all the features of the full version. The only difference is that the lite version comes with 125 cards. If you have multiple phones the Lite version makes a great buzzer!
