NOTE: Unless you care about it being open-source, you should probably download the app "Addons Detector" instead - it's pretty much better in every way besides not being open source.

This is a simple Android application which detects other installed applications which appear to use known notification ad frameworks and offers the user the ability to easily uninstall them.

Currently detected frameworks include:
- Airpush
- LeadBolt
- Appenda
- IAC

THIS APP DOES NOT *BLOCK* THESE ADS. It only tells you whih applications are causing them. You must uninstall the applications this app identifies to stop the ads.

THERE IS NO OFFICIAL PAID OR "PRO" VERSION OF THIS APP. If you find an app with a similar name, description, and screenshots, odds are strong they have simply taken the source code and republished it as their own without any significant changes.

If you experience crashes, using Android's "Report" feature is likely to get it fixed. Leaving comments without any useful information is not :)

This app is open source - see the development page for full source code.

This app is necessary because the AirPush framework currently provides no means of telling which app is generating the highly obtrusive notification-based ads. Hopefully this app will be rendered obsolete in the future by such an addition to the AirPush framework.

data can be viewed via customizable graphs and calendar views.

With QuickTrack, you decide what you want to track and how. Here are a few
example QuickTrack trackables:

* Pill reminder/tracking
* Semi-periodic tasks - "Water Plants", "Replace contact lens", "Switch
Razor"
* Habit/addiction management


QuickTrack Free is ad-supported. You can also upgrade using "QuickTrack Pro Unlock" from the Android Market, which gives you the following additional Pro features:
* Ad-free
* Tag support - Allows you to categorize your trackables using tags. Once
you have assigned tag(s) to a trackable, you can then filter the trackable
list by a tag or set of tags. Also, you can create an Android home menu
shortcut to launch the app with a filter already applied for a specific tag
or set of tags.
* Additional customization - Auto accept timeout, user-specified handling
when trackable value entry buttons are long pressed ("Move to next value",
"refresh list", "auto-launch trackable details", etc..)

Note: QuickTrack was released for the first time on May 31, 2011. You can take advantage of being one of the first QuickTrack users by suggesting features that you would like to see. Gist is a simple way to share snippets and pastes with others.

This app uses the new github API to provide a "send to gist" feature for most applications which have a "Send" or "Share" menu, making it very easy to share content. Snippets wil be posted to http://gist.github.com where they are available for viewing by other users.

By default gists are created anonymously - you can add your github account using Android's "Account&Sync" preferences or follow the instructions in the app itself.

You can also edit existing gists - Use "Load gist" from the menu, make your changes and upload.
