Orthodox Calendar of Saints OS (v. 1.003)

This Calendar is a calendar listing the Orthodox Chirstian Saints for each day of the year.
The Saints listed are based on the list of Sanits found in the Saint Herman of Alaska Calendar, by Saint Herman of Alaska Brotherhood, Platina, California. i have not updated the list of Saints in awhile so there may be Saints in the Saint Herman of Alaska Calendar that are not found in this calendar. i hope to update the list as i can with app updates, a little at a time.
This version list only the fixed day Saints for old style calendar(Julian) users.
Also in this version i have added a daily saying from a Holy Father, there are right now only 19 (more to come later i hope).
  A new style calendar doing the same is all ready on the Android Market, to be shortly updated to this too
    In futurre versions i hope to included the moveable feasts and Saints and a daily saying of one of the
    Holy Farthers and more Holy Icons and some form of coloring or notation for days of fasting.
    If you select the menu button you can get this about and change the date and view the Saints of that day.

This was built on Android 1.6 has been tested on 2.2.2 and on  LG Optimus, HTC EVO, and a Samsung.
These are smart phone with 3 to 4 inch screens. I have not tested on larger pads but have tested on multiple densities
so should work on them.
UPDATE INFO Aug. 10, 2011,
This update adds fasting and fast free information to the App. The Title Bar changes telling date. day of week
and if it is a fast day or not. The background to the text area changes; A normal non-fast day is white, a fast
day is a light purple or pinkish color, a fast free day is a light green color, and Cheese fare week is a light
orange or brownish color.
Also a screen fix for the larger screens like the Motorola Droid 11 which showed a part of the second screen on the first.
This is tested on emulators seems fine but let me know it its does not work on your phone.

¿Cómo sumar puntos?
Para sumar puntos deberás registrar el código de un Spot Refrescante o de un Desafío. Los códigos se pueden registrar de 3 maneras: a través de nuestra iPhone app, enviando un SMS con el código al 46202 o ingresando el código en nuestro website: www.veranomasrefrescante.com.

¿Qué son los Spots Refrescantes?
Los Spots Refrescantes son lugares donde podrás acumular puntos. Estos lugares pueden ser Chinchorros, Barras, Colmados/C-Stores, Restaurantes o Eventos Coors Light. Además, algunos Spots podrán ser catalogados como Destacados queriendo decir que tienen un puntaje especial.
Cuando te encuentres en un Spot, busca el poster de Coors Light para conocer el código del mismo.

¿Qué son los Desafíos?
Durante el Verano Coors Light se darán a conocer Desafíos que deberás completar con el fin de acumular puntos especiales. Por ejemplo, un Desafío podría ser "Sólo por hoy, registra el código escondido en la Plaza Colón del Viejo San Juan y obtendrás 500 puntos". A diferencia de los Spots, los Desafíos tienen un período de validez predefinido y no siempre están asociados a un lugar geográfico determinado.

¿Qué son los códigos?
Cada Spot Refrescante y cada Desafío tiene un código (alfanumérico) único, de 6 caracteres. Además, cada uno de estos códigos está representado por un código QR (cuadrado blanco y negro) que podrá ser leído con la cámara de tu iPhone.

¿Cómo se gana?
Para ganar hay que acumular muchos puntos visitando Spots Refrescantes y completando Desafíos. Existirá un ganador de todo el Verano Coors Light pero también habrán ganadores de etapas intermedias, como por ejemplo: "El ganador de la semana". Adicionalmente se sortearán premios entre todo los participantes. La promoción comienza el 1 de junio de 2011 y termina el 27 de agosto de 2011.

¿Cuáles son los premios?
Los ganadores obtendrán:
- Un viaje con Cultura Profética a su Tour en Latinoamérica para ti y un acompañante
- Viaje a la cervecería más grande del mundo, Coors Brewing en Golden, Colorado. Para ti y un acompañante.

The First Transcontinental Railroad (known originally as the "Pacific Railroad" and later as the "Overland Route") was a railroad line built in the United States of America between 1863 and 1869 by the Central Pacific Railroad of California and the Union Pacific Railroad that connected its statutory Eastern terminus at Council Bluffs, Iowa/Omaha, Nebraska (via Ogden, Utah, and Sacramento, California) with the Pacific Ocean at Oakland, California on the eastern shore of San Francisco Bay opposite San Francisco.
