123erfasst.de nimmt den Mitarbeitern im Außendienst oder auf der Baustelle die handschriftliche Aufzeichnung der Arbeitszeiten ab und ermöglicht die einfache Übertragung der Daten in das Büro.

Die persönliche Arbeitszeit bzw. die Arbeitszeit einer Kolonne nebst Leistungsergebnissen, eventuellen Materialien, Nachunternehmerleistungen etc. werden vor Ort in ein Datenerfassungsgerät über vorgegebene Textbausteine eingegeben.

Alle Daten (Zeit, Leistung, Standort, Wetter) werden in Echtzeit auf einen Server übertragen.

Die Arbeitszeiten werden dem Mitarbeiter projektbezogen vorgeschlagen und ermöglichen eine sehr zügige Erstellung der von den Behörden geforderten Unterlagen.

Die aufbereiteten Daten können den am Projekt beteiligten Personen mittels individueller Zugriffsberechtigung online zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Die Bauleitung erhält aktuelle Informationen über die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter mit Leistungsergebnissen als Bautagesbericht.

Sie können Ihren Mitarbeitern Online-Zugang zur Einsicht in ihre Stundenkonten gewähren.
