Free Flipping Phone plays a sound when you flick your wrist. (a flick is a 45-90 degree rotation from front to back).  On most handsets, your flip will also cause your phone to wake up and become ready to dial or perform other actions*.    Optionally, Flipping phone can be configured to open your home screen, Phone dialer dialog or silence incoming calls so you can play your sound and communicate.  

With the Full Flipping Phone app, you will get 25 sounds and the ability to use your own favorite wave/mp3 files.  Add the sounds from your favorite TV show or movie to your phone. Noise, in analog video and television, is a random dot pattern of static displayed when no transmission signal is obtained by the antenna receiver of television set and other display devices. The random pattern superimposed on the picture, visible as a random flicker of "dots" or "snow", is the result of electronic noise and radiated electromagnetic noise accidentally picked up by the antenna. This effect is most commonly seen with analog TV sets or blank VHS tapes.

Since one impression of the "snow" is of fast-flickering black bugs on a cool white background, in Sweden, Denmark and Hungary the phenomenon is often called myrornas krig in Swedish, myrekrig in Danish and hangyák háborúja in Hungarian, which translate to "war of the ants" or sometimes hangyafoci which means "ant soccer", and in Romanian, purici, which translates into "fleas".
