1. 앱에 대한 전반적 설명
: 인터넷으로 충주에 속해있는 동아리, 동호회, 모임, 공연등의 활발한 문화활동을 찾기란 쉽지 않습니다. 아무래도 인터넷이란 것이 컴퓨터를 접하고 있을 때만 가능했기 때문이란 생각이 들었습니다.
그러나 스마트폰이 대중화 되면서, 그와 동시에 인터넷과 '어플'이 컴퓨터보다 더 깊숙히 일상 생활에 뿌리를 내렸습니다. 그래서 작은 동아리, 큰 동아리, 어떤 모임과 공연들도 하나로 종합해서
볼 수 있도록, 충주 시민 누구나 문화 활동에 더 가까이 다가갈 수 있도록 하기위해
본 어플을 제작하였습니다.
  
2. 메뉴별 기능 및 설명
- 공지사항 : 어플 사용 방법입니다.
- 충주시청 : 충주시민 분들을 위한 어플이기 때문에 첫 메뉴는 충주의 모든것을 총괄하고 소식을
                담고있는 충주시청의 홈페이지입니다.
- 문화 카테고리 : 문화 카테고리는 각 동아리, 동호회의 주제별로 나눠지며 원하는 분야의 동아리를
                     찾아보실 수 있습니다
- 꼭 오실거죠?! : 충주시에서 공식적으로 진행하는 행사들을 정리 해놓고
                       (모임, 강좌 제외한)공연 소식 정리.
- 대화합시다! : 충주 시민들의 문화적 소통을 위한 메뉴
