1日のうちに、最も電力使用量が高くなる時間帯を把握できていますか？

暑い夜に、エアコンを使わないといった無茶な節電はよくありません。
電力使用量は、曜日や時間によって大きく変化します。

現在の電気使用量を把握した上で、節電を心掛けることがこの厳しい夏を乗り切るポイントではないでしょうか。
