TrainIt is a complete multisport training and wellness solution and is used by athletes, sport enthuasists, weight watchers and all kind of people interested of their wellness.

Basic version of TrainIt is free.  You will get a nice set of features with basic version. But... if you want even more you can buy one or several of TrainIt add-on packages. Bought add-on packages are for your personal use only and are attached to your TrainIt account so you can change your phone or re-install TrainIt as often you want and re-activate your bought products on Shop page.

Basic version features:
- Workout recording with GPS track and/or heart rate data.
- Automatic switching between GPS (outdoor) and non-GPS (indoor) modes. If GPS signal is available the recorder will use it and if it is not available then only heart rate signal is recorded.
- Support for Bluetooth heart rate belts (Polar Wearlink® + transmitter with Bluetooth® or Zephyr hrm).
- Workout diary with day, week and month views.
- Manual editing of workouts.
- Online tracking of workouts. Your friends can see e.g. your location and heart rate on www.trainit.fi website.
- Meal diary.
- Manual editing of meals. Select your foods from over 3000 foods.
- Add and edit your today's health data like resting heart rate, weight or waist girth.

If you are serious about training then training add-on package might be for you. Training add-on package offers e.g.  following extra features:
- Real-time heart rate graphs during workout. See how your heart rate is changing when you are training...
- Multipart workouts like Running 1h/5 miles + Cycling 30min/10 miles. It is even possible to switch sport during your workout!
- Autosaving of recorded workouts. Your recorded workout will be saved even if your phone's battery runs out during workout.

Weight-loss add-on package extra features:
- Unlimited number of foods per meal. In basic version number of foods is limited to four.

Survival

ASPECTS OF LEADERSHIP. When dealing with leadership challenges in a survival situation, the foremost weapon a leader must employ is his vigilance: a leader's attention should be focused on ensuring all Marines of the unit are contributing to the overall success of the situation.

a. Cohesion. As a leader, you must ensure that all members of the team are working towards the survivability of the unit. You can not allow individuals or small groups to formulate their own goals or plan of action.

b. Self-Worth. A Marine without self-worth is a Marine who does not value living. Leadership is a critical; factor in building self-worth. Tasks must be found for each Marine in which best suits their situation while attempting to receive positive results. (i.e., A man with a broken leg can monitor the fire, A man with a broken arm can still procure water for the unit). This will make each and every Marine feel useful and not a burden to the other members, regardless of their individual situation.

c. Natural Reactions to Stress. Leadership must quickly identify natural reactions to signs of stress his Marines may be displaying (i.e., Fear, Anxiety, Guilt, Depression). Failure to recognize these signs early will result in injuries, illness, or death which will reduce the units combat effectiveness. Corrective action must be taken immediately4

d. Will to Survive. The will to survive is a mind-set that must be instilled and reinforced within all Marines. Without the will to survive, Marines will not succeed. The following tools can aid to develop this mind-set.

(1) The Code of Conduct.
(2) Pledge of Allegiance.
(3) Faith in America.
(4) Patriotic Songs
(5) Spiritual Faith.
