Water Supply Supported System（WSSS）

簡単な情報入力で個々人の環境に応じた適切な水分補給量を
知ることができます。熱中症の予防やパフォーマンスの維持のためにお使いください。

（使用方法）
運動中や合間の休憩時などにお使いください。

運動時間を指定します。（タイマーが前回の水分補給からの時間を図ります）
・WBGT指数（※）
・口渇感（喉の渇き）
・発汗量
を入力して [飲水量の目安を計算] のボタンを押すと
水分補給量の目安を表示します。
口渇感と発汗量はご自身の感覚から、スライドバーを用いて入力します。バーの上の数字と『喉が渇いた』などの感覚を参考にしてください。

スポーツ以外にも体を動かす作業、労働等にも
活用してください。


※WBGT指数（熱さ指数・熱中症指数）　人体の熱収支に影響の大きい湿度、輻射熱、気温の３つを取り入れた指標。熱中症指数。
専用の測定器で測定することをお勧めしますが、環境省のHPで地域ごとの予報が出ています。スタート画面の”WBGT予防”のボタンからブラウザを起動し確認することができます。

confirming the alert management, the application will automatically insert a reminder into the calendar with one week's notice. Should you need moving it for any reason,
you'll find it on your calendar and manage it at will.
