What is Meditation?


The dictionary defines meditation as "continued or extended thought; reflection; contemplation."



So what does this mean in real life? Just what is this thing called meditation?



Often we get overwhelmed in the course of our daily life. This can lead to stress and tensions that can ultimately affect our health. Using meditation on a regular basis gives our mind a chance to quiet itself and adjust to the stresses and strains that are part and parcel of our modern daily life.



There are many different methods of meditating, which we  cover in the app, but they all lead to the same place.



Meditation itself is simply the process of quieting our mind. Gradually, your mind becomes calmer. The "chatter" that's often there becomes less. And you start to move mentally to a more tranquil place.



Sometimes meditation is described as reaching a higher state of consciousness. This can come about because our mind is less cluttered and therefore we start to notice things that would ordinarily pass us by.


Oftentimes by concentrating on these things we can go even deeper into a meditative state, achieving a higher consciousness.


So stop living a stressful life, and become one with the universe and become one with yourself.

Keep track of your coin collection with ease! Canada Coins is great if you have a large collection and are a collector on the go. Don't worry about buying a coin you already have in your collection ever again. Now you always have a coin list in the palm of your hand!

Canada Coins can also be used to simply check the number of each coin minted or to identify a Canadian Coin.

No internet connection required! That means no waiting for a list that never shows up if you have a crappy cell signal!

Cute Animals is an application which shows you some beautiful and cute pictures of the sweetest animals around the world.
You can upload a photo of your favorite animal in the application.
Once the administrator approve your picture, your cute animal will be published in the section "Your Animals".

We love creating apps, and want to keep them free forever. In order to keep our development running we are using a search service. This app will add a couple search links on your device in the form of an icon, bookmark link and browser homepage. You may delete them easily (drag to the trash or delete the link for the browser), if you choose to use them, thanks!

Most of the permissions are used ONLY for the SEARCH, so don't let that bother you.

Simple aplicación donde podrás visualizar la programación de los principales canales de la televisión española. Incluye la programación de 24 canales. Ver las películas que se emitirán en ese mismo día, indicando horario y canal que la transmite. Al inicio se visualizan los canales más populares. Los canales autonómicos, deportes e infantil estan agrupados en sus respectivas categorias.

Die Datenbank der Kulturgüter in der Region Trier führt Sie zu mehr als 20.000 Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie finden alles: keltische Menhire, römische Großbauten, mittelalterliche Städte, alte Kirchen und Synagogen, barocke Bauernhäuser, Naturdenkmäkler, mittelalterliche Burgen und militärische Hinterlassenschften von den Kelten bis zum Westwall.

Sie können sich die gefundenen Objekte über eine Liste und eine Karte darstellen lassen. Ein Führer für die Region um Bernkalstel,  Bitburg, Daun, Gerolstein, Konz, Morbach, Prüm, Saarburg,  Trier, Wittlich.

Wichtige Einstellungen auf dem Smartphone. Wir für jede vergleichbare App sollten unter "Einstellungen"-> "Standort und Sicherheit" die Felder "GPS und Drahtlosnetzwerke nutzen" und "GPS-Satelliten verwenden" aktiviert sein.

Diese App ist als Seminararbeit im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik an der FH Trier entstanden. Autor Philipp Wittenhorst. Gestest auf Android 2.1 und Android 2.3. Die Anwendung wurde sorgfältig programmiert. Dennoch können wir keine Haftung übernehmen.
